These terms govern your use of the website valteris.online, operated by DER MONEY s.r.o., Radlická 2343/48, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, company number 07357907 (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this website is

valteris.online is an independent editorial website about consumer security software. It is provided free of charge and without registration. We sell nothing, conclude no contracts with readers, take no payment, host no downloads and provide no software support. No contractual relationship concerning any third-party product arises between you and us.

2. Permitted use

You may read, print and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and quote from it with clear attribution and a link to the source page. You may not:

  • reproduce substantial parts of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent;
  • present our content as your own or remove attribution and copyright notices;
  • attempt to interfere with the operation, integrity or security of the site, or access it by automated means that impose an unreasonable load;
  • use the site in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

3. Intellectual property

All editorial text, page structure, styling and illustrations are our original work and remain our property. Every diagram on the site is an original SVG file created by us. Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only; see the legal notice.

4. Affiliate links

The site contains affiliate links. If you follow a link marked “partner link” and subsequently subscribe to the relevant vendor’s product, we may receive a commission from that vendor. This does not increase the price you pay.

Any contract you enter into with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor. We are not a party to it, not an agent of the vendor, and not a reseller. We take care to publish accurate information and we correct errors when they are pointed out. However, third-party products, prices, plan names, device limits and contractual terms change without notice. Content on this site is general information, not advice for your particular circumstances, and is accurate only as at its stated last-reviewed date.

Where anything on this site diverges from the information published by the relevant vendor, the vendor’s own current information prevails.

We link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. When you follow an external link you leave this site, and the destination’s own terms and privacy policy apply from that point.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU or EEA state, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of that state, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
