There is no contact form on this page, and that is deliberate. A form would transmit and store what you type, which would break the promise that this site collects nothing about its readers. Email reaches us just as well and keeps you in control of what you send.
This single address reaches the editor for every purpose: editorial corrections, legal and privacy matters, data protection requests, press enquiries and partnership questions. We aim to acknowledge within five working days.

We cannot help with
Anything to do with a software subscription: licence keys, installation problems, billing, cancellation or refunds. We are not the vendor and we have no access to your account. Contact the vendor’s own support directly.
Reporting an error
Include the page address and the sentence you believe is wrong. You do not need to provide evidence, although it speeds things up. The full procedure, including what we do when we disagree with you, is in the editorial policy.
Privacy of your message
An email you send us is processed to answer it and for nothing else. It is not used for marketing, never shared with commercial partners, and deleted when the matter is closed and no legal retention obligation applies. Details are in the privacy policy.
